Rooted Boston is a boutique Yoga, Pilates, & Wellness studio in Chinatown, Boston. At Rooted we believe happiness and health through movement should be accessible and approachable for everyone. We work with all ages and fitness levels and specialize in sessions, workshops, and teacher trainings for Prenatal, Postnatal, and post-rehabilitation clientele. It is the goal of Rooted Boston to give each client a deeper understanding of their physical habits, strengths, and what areas truly need work. Clients leave feeling longer, aligned, with less pain, and more fluidity in their movement. They notice improved posture, flexibility, & coordination after only a few consistent sessions.

Our sessions focus on alignment, balance, breath, & strength without losing precision in the movement. It's not about an end pose or finishing a set number of reps. Rooted is a safe place to experience, experiment, and grow.

We strive to have a clean and calm space to train in. We are a shoe free, water only studio. Please wear comfortable yoga attire (no clothing with zippers please), no fragrances, lotions, or jewelry during your session or private workshop. Please silence or turn off your cell phone in our space. If you arrive more than 10 minutes before your session you may need to wait outside.
Rooted Boston has a 24 hour cancellation policy
for all private sessions & childbirth workshops.
