Private Session List

Our private sessions are uniquely individualized. We work on your needs and goals using a blend of contemporary Pilates, restorative yoga, and release. Each session is different and accommodating. 

Babies are welcome in all Postnatal sessions.

Brigitte offers sessions that challenge and inform. She can meet you at the fitness level you are at and help you work towards your goals.  Post-Rehabilitative Pilates  Whether you are post-op, recovering, or living with a chronic pain, we will meet you where you are at and help you move in the right direction. Brigitte has worked at 4 physical therapy offices over the years teaching Pilates to their patients and Physical Therapists. If you are currently in treatment with a Physical Therapist, Brigitte can work together with you both to help you take the next step towards wellness.  Prenatal Pilates  Brigitte enjoys teaching all populations, but she has grown to specialize in working with mothers. She has been teaching  prenatal & postpartum Pilates  since 2006. She offers sessions on the Apparatus, Pilates for pregnancy related discomforts, and release work that helps leave you feeling balanced, refreshed, and relaxed after working out.  Postnatal Pilates  All postnatal sessions are open to bring your little one while we work together. If you want a session alone or with your baby that option is always available. In postnatal sessions, Brigitte works to safely return you to exercise and activities you love without pain or injury. She has worked with clients who have had a wide variety of birth or pregnancy related injuries (such as Stress Incontinence, Cesarean Recovery, and Lumbo-Pelvic Pain). Being a doula, having worked with some of the best Midwives, OBs, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapists, being a Certified Lactation Counselor and parent gives Brigitte a different perspective to teaching Postnatal Pilates.  Pelvic Floor & Diastasis Recti  These sessions are for clients at any stage of their life who love movement but find themselves having issues arise or want a deeper connection with their pelvic floor. Pelvic issues & diastasis recti (separation of the rectus abdominal muscles) can all be improved with individualized sessions. You don’t have to have a baby to suffer from these issues. Brigitte has worked with young clients and elders who have pelvic & abdominal issues they needed to address. All sessions are exercise based and clothing is worn throughout.   New to Rooted Boston?
