This 25 hour course for Certified Pilates Instructors will give you not only the tools to understand pregnancy through the trimesters, what your clients may experience, but also how to help prepare their body, mind, and breath for birth during your work together. Learning to work safely is only the beginning, learn how to unlock your student’s confidence in their body, their practice, and their lives! This will not just change how you teach prenatal Pilates it will change how you approach Pilates with all populations.

Prerequisite: Certificate proving completion of a live In-Person Pilates Mat & a Pilates Apparatus (including reformer, chair, cadillac, and barrels) Teacher Training course and/ or full apprenticeship. Online trainings do not meet the requirements to attend this course at this time.
